Rida Ashir

Rida Ashir is one of the founders of Ashir Johannesson Advokatbyrå and assists Swedish and international companies with business law and technology-related matters. Prior to founding the firm, Rida worked for more than ten years at Mannheimer Swartling, where he advised established international companies as well as entrepreneurial and growing businesses on complex commercial and contract-related matters. Rida works at the intersection of law, business, and technology. He has particular experience with commercial contracts, technology and IT, industrial collaborations, outsourcing and service agreements, as well as consumer law matters. He assists clients throughout the entire commercial contract process, from structuring and negotiation to managing issues that arise during the term of the agreement. Rida also has extensive experience in technology- and IT-intensive company acquisitions, divestments, and separations, where contractual, operational, and technology-related matters need to be managed in a unified manner.
