Rasmus Johannesson

Rasmus Johannesson is one of the founders of Ashir Johannesson Advokatbyrå and assists Swedish and international companies with business law and strategic matters, particularly related to commercial agreements, outsourcing, joint ventures, investments, and transactions. Prior to founding the firm, Rasmus worked for eight years at Mannheimer Swartling, where he advised both established international companies and entrepreneur-led and growing businesses on complex commercial and contract-related matters. Rasmus works at the intersection of law, business, and strategy. He has particular experience in commercial agreements, corporate law, industrial collaborations, joint ventures, investments and transactions, outsourcing, and service agreements. He assists clients throughout the entire commercial contract process, from structuring and negotiation to handling issues that arise during the term of the agreement. Rasmus also has extensive international experience from both Mannheimer Swartling and his secondment at Uría Menéndez in Barcelona.
